Show&Tell

Exhibitions and conferences are often organised by associations, groups or individuals who are skill-rich, but time-poor. Dedicated volunteers and committee members give up spare time, burning midnight oil, to organise annual events.

ATLAS Show&Tell is an event management service tailored to the requirements of groups, associations, committees, individuals and companies who organise, or would like to organise, an event such as a conference or exhibition.

For example, over the last twenty years, Steven has

  • managed combined academic conferences and exhibitions in South East Asia
  • a straight-forward academic/medical conference in the USA
  • numerous exhibitions at international school teachers' conferences all over Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America
  • and assisted with a high profile, one-off tennis masterclass by Nick Bollettieri in the UK

Show&Tell is not a prescriptive service. It is tailored precisely to the requirements of an event planner, especially for membership organisations and associations.

Stand&Deliver

Steven has twenty years of exhibition logistics experience.

Getting exhibition and conference materials from here to there and back again sounds like a pretty simple operation. However, the number of times one sees people without their goods at an international event proves how uncertain this process can be.

Atlas selects a few events to support with Stand&Deliver - the logistics and stand display service for exhibitors at international conferences.

OutBack

OutBack is a new name for a service with which Atlas Promotions is synonymous. Simply put: getting your goods from your door to your exhibition stand anywhere in the world.

That said, Atlas is not a freight forwarder or shipping company; Steven selects events to support with OutBack and then selects a shipping partner and designs services specifically for those events, tailoring them to the requirements and needs of exhibitors.

Events that Atlas supports are promoted on this website, but if demand is sufficient, I am always happy to add new ones.

ATA Carnet Service

Exhibiting in Switzerland or another non-EU member state?

An ATA carnet simplifies customs procedures, reduces delays, eases the movement of your display and materials across borders, and helps with budgeting. It is a document which allows temporary import of your goods into a country (for an exhibition, say) without incurring duty and taxes on the understanding that they are re-exported again. However, it can be a headache to prepare and obtain. Atlas can make it simple.

Contact Steven to discuss your carnet requirements.
